pregnancy and coffee? advice needed please

hi ladies, so i'm 16 weeks pregnant and i've been craving coffee like crazy but i'm paranoid to have one cup i'm a FTM i'm usually not a coffee drinker but i'll have it now and then. Any of u ladies drink coffee while pregnant 🤰🏻?☕️

a cup of coffee a day is fine :) you should have no more than 200mg of caffeine a day which is the equivilant to about a 12 oz cup of coffee

I had a cup a day, OB said everything was fine if it was one cup of coffee or one pop a day!

Decaf would probably satisfy your craving and make you feel ok about it!

i drink one grande starbucks latte every day. each shot of espresso has 75mg caffeine and a grande latte has two shots. i'm 16 weeks and baby is doing great!

Yes, coffee is fine. I had a cup a day as well as espresso my whole pregnancy and i delivered a healthy baby.

I drink a small cup of coffee each day, i'm starting to skip a day now and then because my baby is very active and she kicks the hell out of me if i drink too much coffee! (22 weeks right now) no problem with small amount though! :)
