Hi! I am so confused. I’m not trying to be judgmental and trying to keep an open mind, since this is something I know nothing about.

I have a friend who told me just 2 days ago that she took a test and is now pregnant (yay!!). She says she’s estimating her pregnancy to be about 7-8 weeks along. But what’s confusing me, is that she is also telling me that she had a miscarriage about 4 weeks ago.

I’ve had 3 very successful pregnancies with zero issues. I’ve never had a miscarriage so this is something I know nothing about. I want to be as supportive as possible, but I’m just super confused as to how someone could be 7-8 weeks along while also having a miscarriage 4 weeks ago.

Any insight is greatly appreciated!!
