When you are nesting doesn't it mean it won't be long til baby comes??

Well my story is I have been having contractions and dilated to 1 cm and cervix is thinning out but I have been on bedrest and only 33 weeks today!! I been on medicine to stop contractions and he has been given two steriod injections for his lungs!! I went to doctor today he after next week he isn't going to stop contractions since I'll be 34 weeks! I had a gut feeling since finding out I was pregnant but probably since I was 3-4 months that this baby won't make it to his due date in November I had a feeling he was going to be early!! I also have gestational diabetes!! I have two fur babies who follow me everywhere and right next me all time since I been having contractions!! Which I would love for him to wait 3 more weeks but if he is ready and God is ready this mommy and daddy are ready!!

I just didn't know if since I'm nesting and cleaning and etc that he may come as I heard when you go into nesting
