I'm in my second trimester and have had swelling for the past month or so in my feet. Recently my hands have been swelling a tad as well. I go to the doctor Tuesday and will be mentioning this to her then. If anyone else that has experienced swelling and has mentioned it to their doctor I'm curious to see what your doctor has said is the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions for help controlling it? I try not to eat foods heavy in salt. I take a 400mg magnesium per day. Thanks in advance!
