Hormones are getting the best of me, what about you?

Question

This is my 2nd pregnancy (my babies will only be 16 months apart) and my hormones are all over the map. I don't even know who I am anymore. My husband couldn't be more frustrated with my outburst. I cry myself to sleep every night for how my mood swings have caused hurt to him. I wish he understood what I was going through and maybe that would make things easier for me.

My hormones this pregnancy have been horrible as well!! My extreme rage and depression almost caused ME to file for divorce! I talked to my obgyn and looked it up, it's totally normal especially first tri into 2nd then a break in the middle then the emotions come back toward 3rd 😖  we can get through this! There's a beautiful light at the end of this hormonal tunnel!

my emotions have been surprisingly stable. Aside from just general irritation I'm much calmer than I was before I got pregnant. Which was definitely surprising but an absolute blessing.

It's normal. I'm starting to get worse. I have 5 cartons of ice cream in the freezer and I bite his head off if he even looks at it 😂 But seriously, I don't feel like myself at all and my depression and anxiety has gotten worse. I wish they could just feel what we're going through for just one day!
