First Time Mom Must Have's

I'm gunna be a first time mom, I'm still not sure of what else I'm needing at this point. I had my baby shower yesterday and we got a lot clothes, blankets, wipes and little cute stuff. My mom bought me the car seat and stroller. Her nursery is almost finished but I'm still not sure of what else I'm going to need. What are some must have's that you guys recommend?
