Should I be worried

For the past 2-3 days I've been having light pink discharge, I just wiped this right now. I miscarried twins last year at 21wks, my water just started leaking on Wednesday and I went into labor on Friday, so I didn't bleed. Please help me out ladies, I'm 5+6wks.
