Positive OPK??

I had my Mirena removed Aug 14th, and had what seemed like a period a few days later. Since then, have been tracking my cycle and trying to figure out if things are getting back to normal.

It's 6 weeks later, and no AF. BFNs on pregnancy tests. I was using OPKs but never quite saw a peak (see first pic) so I stopped.

Last week I took another opk just to see and it popped up positive. (9/18 in second pic). Confirmed by a solid smiley face (peak) on the Clearblue Advanced opk. Then followed by a couple more days of LH surge, and now a slow decline.

Thoughts anyone??

My body is definitely adjusting after the IUD, but can anyone make sense of this?
