Any moms of preemies on here have any advice on how to cope with PTSD from the NICU once the baby is home?

I started seeing a therapist after my baby came home. It really helped me

I was going to a postpartum workout and would talk with other moms about my experience and that really helped, having a support group. My hospital offered a support group for preemie parents but I'd have to go to the hospital and I really don't want to. My mom suggested I'd do something like occupational therapy to keep my mind busy, because the days when I'm active is when it's better, days when I'm tired and didn't do much is when I'm specially emotional and then anything can trigger me.

Any suggestions??
