I need help..planning my own shower!

I'm thinking about having my shower at my house, since I don't know who all would actually come...I think it would be silly and kind of embarrassing to rent out a place when I hardly have any family at all. My due date is January 2nd..how many weeks in advance should my shower be, so I have enough time to plan for it and get everything ready? I have about 13 weeks and 5 days left until my due date! As I mentioned, I hardly have any family at all..and I'm only planning to invite a few friends that I know would forsure come. What types of games, food, and other activities would you recommend for a small party? I've never done this before FTM and have only been to one baby shower my whole life and it was actually pretty awkward so I'm scared for this. 😭
