Not sure what's wrong...

I am super nauseous 24/7. I constantly feel dizzy like I'm dehydrated even though I'm drinking water and Gatorade constantly. Just went to the ER and had to get an IV to help the other night. I haven't actually thrown up and I've been able to eat but I feel like something is wrong...could this be a form of HG? I'm not so bad off that I can't eat or drink but I feel awful. :(
