Need advice

Yaritza • Mother to an angel baby named Israel Nicolas Pensamiento 👼🏻💙 miscarried at 26 weeks

So I'm five weeks pregnant. Went to the lab to get blood work done for my doctor to confirm pregnancy it was a positive but she also said that my hcg levels were low. Is it something to be worried about or not? (Reminder I had a stillbirth due to preeclampsia in June)
