Almost 100% sure I'm pregnant and am taking a test to be sure in the next few days. I would only be a few weeks along but I've been pregnant before and miscarried at 4weeks and it's like Deja vu but I've been getting back pain whenever I sit down or walk around too long is this normal? I'm scared I'm going to miscarry again
