Do you pee after sex when TTC?

I was speaking to one of my close friends this weekend about DH and I TTC for 14 months without any success. She made a comment that I shouldn't get up and use the bathroom directly after BD because all of the swimmers leak out.

Now, I know this isn't entirely true, but I was curious if anyone has gotten their BFP even after using the bathroom right after BD. thanks for any input!

I would normally lay there for a 5-10 minutes then go pee.
