Is period cramps and back aches normal in early pregnancy? I got doctors appointment next week I'm 5 weeks and I'm cramping pretty bad but it like my period cramps which I have always had bad period cramps and that's what it feels like should I be worried???? It had been going on a week before I missed my period and I tested yeasteeday and it came up positive I was 9 days late. And I'm still cramping and back aches every now and then. No blood tho. First pregnancy.
