16 weeks - baby lying on nerve?

Question

Hi everyone 
So I woke up yesterday very early with a horrible crampy pain in one side that went into my hip/bum/thigh. It's still there and so painful, especially lifting my leg into a sitting position or walking up stairs. 
Has anyone else had this? Is the baby maybe pressing on a nerve?

Yea that's your sciatica nerve I started to feel that around like 6 MO pregnant from my baby and now 7 months later it still hasn't went away it's really painful lol

Agree it sounds like sciatica. I've had it since about a week before we found out we were pregnant and it's got progressively worse. 13 weeks now and some days I'm crawling on the floor because it's too painful to stand on. Have been given some non helpful exercises from doctor and now researching prenatal chiropractors/osteopaths x

I agree it's sciatica and I've been feeling it since around month 4 I'm now 31 weeks and some days are better than others but it still bothers me
