Should i go to the hospital?

Should i continue to wait this out? i've been timing them for 2 hours, each contraction hurts so bad i either cry or have to squeeze something super tight. i'm currently 39 weeks

my doctor told me to go when they are 5 minutes or less apart and a minute in length for an hour or more.  You seem like you should DEFINITELY go.
