Help!

I was having sex with my boyfriend and I’m 87% sure I had a cold sore on my mouth (why I’m not so sure I had a bump on my lip but it looked more like the smallest pimple and usually my cold sores are bigger and scabbier) anyways we forgot lube so I used my spit to lube it up anyways totally forgot about the potential cold sore, is there a chance I could have genital herpes or no?
