Boyfriend needs help

My boyfriend has this tattoo on his chest of what was supposed to be his daughters name... only to find out that she was his best friends daughter. And he knows now that there wasn't even a chance of her being his because he is sterile... So he's had the tattoo for years and he still has it as a reason not to trust. But he trusts me and a few others so he's thinking about getting it covered up, and wants me to help. We've only been dating for a month but it means the world to me that he wants me to help him with something that personal ☺️ so I need help of what would be a good idea for a cover up tattoo to hide it. That way it will still be there because it is a part if him but it will be different to show that he's changed. Here's the tattoo ladies:
