My nipples hurt when I breast feed so bad what can I do ? 
Baby was on on the 26 of September and iam already home and I really want to shower I hate feeling dirty I don't smell or anything but I feel nasty ! What's the best way to shower ? 
My daughter sometimes when she goes in her diaper she has white clear sticky coming on her private is that normal ?

That happens with all girl babies, it's because of all the hormones from you. She'll pass blood as well, don't worry unless it lasts more than a week.

If you shower just be very gentle with your breasts I used to put a washcloth on them which helped. For the breastfeeding discomfort it takes a bit. If the discomfort continues maybe see a lactating nurse. Make sure you're putting the cream on them & I invested in a boob ice pack that worked wonders good luck & congrats x
