About 14 cm from head to bum. Then about 5/6cm for the legs. I am 18weeks 6 days with number 3. I get exact measurements on Tuesday when I have my morphology scan.

They measure crown to rump upto 20 weeks or so because baby is curled up, baby starts to straighten out the further along you are so then they can measure full length. :)

It is because babies are usually the same size from head to bum until later in pregnancy. It is just a guide really, when you get further along you will receive another scan or two with your baby's actual size not a standard size
