Work from home jobs?

Hello! I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant with my first child and I don't really have someone reliable to babysit the baby after maternity leave. I have experience working in the medical/office field. Does anyone know of any work from home jobs that pay well? I'm considering this route after my maternity leave so I can stay home with my baby.
