Early Pregnancy Cramps or AF?

I'm one day late and 14 DPO. I had bad period like symptoms this morning for about an hour. I thought for sure AF was coming! After the cramps went away I've had nothing. Just tired and sore breasts, creamy cm. I've been disappointed so many months in the past so haven't gotten my hopes too high and taken a test yet. What do you think ladies? What do early pregnancy cramps even feel like??

when I was pregnant the first time that happened.  I got the same cramps I normally get right before my period starts (normally start a few hours after these cramps start)  took ibuprophen and the period never came.  took a test later that day and was pregnant! Hope you get a positive!!

They can be just like pms symptoms but take a test in the morning and update us! 🤗🤗🤗

I been having cramps since 5 dpo and I’m 10’dpo now took a test but negative .. can I be pregnant ahh fingers crossed 🤞🏼 ... but is it normal to have cramps everyday a week before AF 😩
