No changes
Sooo everybody complains about mood swings and cramps and random crying on their period, but when I'm on my period the only thing that changes is that... well, I'm bleeding out of my vagina.
I haven't experienced any cramps or mood swings or anything like that.
However, I'm only on my second period (I'm 14) so maybe they start later in the period? Did you ladies get cramps and mood swings later in the period or am I just lucky?
