Is it normal for babies eyes to get stuck with boogers?

I have been wiping them with warm water and it still comes back. Is this a sign of an infection or is it normal?

It's a blocked duct and it's extremely common.  Just keep wiping it with a warm wash cloth and it will go away over time.

Breast milk works a treat. Squeeze some breast milk out onto some cotton wool and wipe from the inside out of the eye in one motion. Cleared my newborns up!

could be a clogged duct. my son had a clogged duct at 9 days old and he had the same symptoms you said I'm the post and then over night it took a turn and he got major pink eye. it went from barely anything when we went to bed to oozing pus the next morning. it was scary. just keep a close eye on it

Is it a newborn baby.? If so totally normal. My sons done that with one eye. It was green sticky stuff. His doctor told me to massage the top of the nose next to the eye gently each day and to just wipe it with a warm rag like you have been doing when it gets like that. If it don't go away after a few weeks the baby's pediatrician can give baby some eye drops to help it. What causes that is just something in their eye gets clogged like the ducts because they're so tiny and it's okay.!!

Probably just clogged. Keep cleaning and it should go away. 
I use boogie wipes on my daughter! They're saline wipes and work great.

would you like a Mexican remedies ? what I was taught get a tea bag boil in water  let cool enough to where it warn not to hot  drain most of the teabag n put over baby eye leads n sqweez couple of drops. it won't hurt I actually  soothe  the eyes I have done it with mine n still do. and if baby has colic n constipation u can give baby a teaspoon of Virgin olive oil and baby will stop the fussing and will feel much better  with in minutes. hopfuly  your baby eyes get better 🙁
