I feel like a mother lion after having given birth to my son completely naturally with no pain medication whatsoever. However, our big boy was 9lbs 11oz and I suffered a 3rd degree perineal tear when he finally came out. Today, I am 6 days postpartum and would like to know how long I can expect for the healing process to take..? It still hurts very much to sit or stand.
