Breakthrough/Miscarriage???

Hey ladies…so I have a confirmed positive at home test and am waiting till Saturday to get blood work done. I'm probably around 4 weeks. Thursday I was spotting, last night I had one episode of bleeding, and this morning I was spotting… Is this just breakthrough bleeding, implantation bleeding, or is it an early MC? I don't want to worry too much.

I'm in the same boat every time I wipe there's a little pink but nothing heavy.. took blood work to see were my HCG levels are and there going up ultra sound today so hope all is well... Think positive and all good baby vibes your way 👶🏽👣🤰🏽🌹💝💞
