Early bfp and symptoms

So at only 4dpo I had a spell of dizziness, then the next day (5dpo) I was hungry more, headaches, and cramping severely, 6dpo more SEVERE cramping, 7dpo I tested, didn’t expect to see 2 lines but sure enough a faint 2nd line showed up..the next day at 8dpo I tested again 3 times and all faint bfp...that night after work the cramping was so severe I started to worry of ectopic pregnancy since my symptoms were early as well...went to er and my hcg blood test came back positive, levels only 17.7. He said I am NEWLY pregnant (maybe a week) since my lmp was 9/5/2017. Today I have a appt with my pcp at 4pm to check my hormone levels. They say if they have risen then I’m on the road to a successful pregnancy. Wish me luck!!!!
