Was told yesterday my baby boy is probably going to be a premie 😕 I'm currently 27 weeks and was just diagnosed with preeclampsia this week. Even though my blood pressure was fairly normal (127/60) the protein in my urine was SUPER high. Basically if it goes up anymore we'll be transferred to a different military base that has a NICU and I'll be induced. I have a ton of the risk factors for preeclampsia, I'm only 20, this is my first baby, my mom had it, I had previous kidney damage as a teenager, and I'm slightly overweight, but I didn't expect to get it because my blood pressure isn't high and I've only put on 9lbs so far. Thankfully they checked and baby is right on track for growth and all my stress tests have been normal. Has anyone else had preeclampsia with a normal BP? Any preeclampsia birth stories are welcome 😊
