Resistance band exercises??

Question

I'm thinking about buying some resistance bands to do home workouts since I don't get time to go to the gym. Anybody use them and have tips on ways to use them?? Pictures would be great! TIA!

There's different types you can buy. the short flat ones that you can use for exercises like donkey kicks, squats, and other floor exercises. Or the long tubular ones that you can do deadlifts, squats and such. I usually just use resistance bands as a warm-up before going to the gym to activate muscle groups. But Pinterest has a lot of examples. I also find workouts on fitness Instagram pages (my fav recently is Whitney Simmons)
