Would you believe me if you were him?

I had yeast infection for over a week, I didn't get to see the doc because I had classes. Then my period's late 5 days and I started getting pains in my abdomen... So I get my ass to the doctor. I did a pregnancy and I'm not pregnant, but the doc gave me a prescription for the yeast and also said he's treating me for Pelvic inflammation. I originally thought that was odd because the meds he prescribed are for chlamydia and gonorhea, so I called him up he said the clap and gonorhea are not the only things that can inflame your pelvis and that he's just treating me for the symptoms. Later in the day call my bf and tell him I was fine because we were both worried and I also told him to find out the prices of the stuff for me. well he asked around and found out that the meds are to treat those 2 STDs I mentioned earlier. Now he's saying I have chlamydia and said other fucked up stuff. I tried explaining it to him but he won't listen. idk what to do. rn I'm just really annoyed and kind of sad that he thinks I cheated on him.
