Any Pregnant Sertraline users??

I am 5 weeks along and decided to stop taking my 50 mg of Seetraline. My dr said it was safe but I thought that not being in something would be better for the baby. Although, the withdrawals are not fun. I am dizzy all the time and have a random ringing in my ears. My question is...have any of you stayed on it since/while pregnant? If not, how long did it take for the side effects to stop? Did your doctors say it was safe while breast feeding? Any input is greatly appreciated!!
