I am a FTM. I have always had problems with hemorrhoids and I have a couple now at 29 weeks pregnant. I have cream but they don't seem to be going. I am scared that when I give birth I'm going to push my whole anus out!! Either that or end up with gigantic piles or burst ones? They say push into your bum but surely that isn't good for hemorrhoids? Anyone with any experience/advice? TIA!
