OUCH!!!! why?!?

I'm officially 9 dpo! during ovulation my hubby and I did a modified Baby Dance because I just had surgery on my shoulder, Reguardless we bd every other day during my fertile window. today we dtd again this time for real while I was still in the sling but I felt this sharp pain around my cervix and to my right upper side of my pubic area. I don't know what's going on? can someone help please?!
