Nipple Piercings & Workingout?

A question for those of you who have gotten your nipples pierced- how long did it take for you to get to the point where your piercings were healed enough for you to get back into working out. I understand that everyone's body heals at different rates but I would like to get mine done and not be forced to stop working out for more than a month.

you should be fine. I was working out days after I had mine done. of course I had a sports bra on. it'll be 1 year since getting them done in October 25

Mine were totally fine until I took my bra off for a while, so as long as you have good support you should be fine.
