Job interview

Hey guys!!! I go in for my first job interview ever at Children's Hospital on Monday. I am very nervous. So I have a few question. What can I expect out of an interview? What should I wear? (I'm going shopping for an outfit this weekend) how should I do my hair? How should I do my make up? And finally what is a good way to help calm my nerves? I really need this job.
