C-section & infertility

Ok ladies so my son is 22 months old. I had an emergency c-section with him and even though we are not trying to conceive our method of birth control is the pull out method. that is also the way he was made. There have Been a few times where my husband has got a little cum in me and no pregnancy. I am very thanful that i havent got pregnant bc im not ready for another but i have a feeling Im not as fertile as i was before having a c-section. Another issue i have is before my period starts i have sharp pains in my lower pelvic area where my ovaries are. It switches from my left to right side every month It happens when i sneeze or get up to fast. The pain lasts for a few sec and goes away. It is sharp pain as if it was a spasm. I hope i explained it good enough.
