I'm pregnant and get severe migraines so the last thing I need is someone stomping over top of my head. This is everyday, not once in a while. I can never get a nap in because this person walks heavy. Idk what their situation is but we've lived at this apt for 3 yrs and never had this issue so I assume it's a new tenant. I understand we all pay rent & u cannot tell ppl what to do but is there a polite way for me to go up there & ask them to take it easy?
