Went to the hospital today and found out I was pregnant!

Had gone to the er for severe back pain, turns out I was pregnant! The doctor came in the room after the urine test and said “soo..you’re pregnant?” And I said “I am?” And he tells me how two different nurses did two different tests and saw a faint line so he would wait for the blood test. My hcg level was 127.45 which he said would put me at about a week and a half. Totally did not expect this! My back pain may just be from a pregnancy after all .

Edit: also unsure of when ovulation or anything occurred, being that my last period was August 7th!
