Need to know

I have been having symptoms of pregnancy the nausea, vomiting, tiredness, sore breast, pressure on my left side burping when I never do swollen ankles. I went to my ob gyn and had her do a blood test because one urine test came out positive then the second one negative went to a clinic and got a negative test so when I had the blood test done the doctor said call tomorrow for the results I said ok problem is i am now being told to call back on Monday because my results are not in and was prescribed prenatal vitamins I'm I missing something
