So it's 9 days til my period ive been cramping on my right side at night mostly enough to use heating pack. AM it's just sore, kinda nauseous, feeling pressure on my buttocks.  Took a preg test said BFN. What do you think?

Does sore nipples like sensitive to the touch seem to be a pregnancy symptom? I have all that too.

Sounds like a cyst to me.. I have had several and a few were so painful they put me into the ER. Light cramping can be a pregnancy sign, but it wouldn't be located to one side because your uterus is pretty centralized :) (mom of 2, 2 m/c)

I am almost 3 months late. but my soreness is my left hip it opens....i have preggo symptoms AF YET all results show negative I'm like W T F
