Anyone else have preeclampsia?

Im 34 week. I was admitted to the hospital due to preeclampsia and almost had to deliver. Thankfully my blood pressure went down and they allowed me to come home with plans on a c-section at 36 weeks. My blood pressure is going up at home and my headaches are getting worse. Anyone else experiencing this or have experienced this? I just don't know when to go back to the hospital. I don't want something bad to happen because I didn't act quickly enough.
