daycare & breastfeeding

has anyone's baby successfully nursed while going to daycare/babysitters?

my baby will start daycare tomorrow at an in house daycare and i've talked to the caregiver and she's agreed i can take my bm and give it to her. but EVERYONE is telling me to wean her and stop her from breastfeeding so she won't suffer.

what i FEEL is right for us is to keep breastfeeding until she's ready to wean or until i'm ready to take her off , which looks like neither at the moment. but everyone is saying i'm basically making her suffer and that i should wean her all together....

being a mom is fucking hard and i hate when people say things like that because going back to work and leaving her after 14 months is hard .. that's literally enough torture..

all i hear from anyone now is how she's too big for breast milk, i need to wean, it isnt going to look cute when she's pulling down my shirt in public, she has teeth, i'm making her suffer in daycare, she's too attached... just some of the dumb stuff people have told me.

(in laws, my aunt, and a BUNCH of WOMEN from work) it's always the women....

anyways, had anyone successfully still breastfed/feed and they're away from their baby long periods of. time?
