Cover up?

I have a similar tattoo on my wrist and although it doesn't really suit my style, it has sentimental value so I would never have the heart to cover it up. My plan is to build up a flora/fauna sleeve and have various insects/flowers in different styles surrounding it to add uniqueness as well as unity to the different pieces. Maybe you should consider that?
