What is going on

I never really post on here because im a little nervous but my period is 8 days late. My SO and I had a miscarriage a little while ago. I'm not sure if I'm just being crazy or not because we want a baby. My ovulation days were Sept. 1-7. My boobs have grown a significant amount and they hurt so bad. My SO has even noticed and my boobs don't fit in my bras anymore. I'm nauseas alot too and am just tired and irritable. I've been a little crampy and today I went to the bathroom and noticed a little light pink spot and just a little when I wiped and it stopped. I have an almost three year old but found out with him pretty late (I was like 11 weeks). I keep testing negative. Am I just obsessed or can I be a late tester?? Sorry it was so long it's just killing us waiting.
