advice? please

I ALWAYS get my period with my mirena. I've had it 8 Months now an I've never missed one period. Now my period is late, I'm cramping, moody, nauseous, have tender breasts, and my appetite an sex drive are through the roof. I'm also bloated and my lower abdomen is hard. I've taken 5 tests and every one of them comes up so faint that I can barely see what would be the test line (I've been counting it negative but it may be a faint positive). I'm honestly just annoyed at this point. I just wish AF would show up so I could stop being paranoid. I have gotten pregnant while on Mirena before and it ended in miscarriage so I'd rather not be pregnant while I have the IUD in place but it's seems like I may be pregnant. I don't know what to do honestly. *I made this anon because I have family and friends that may use this app lol*
