Not sure what to think 🤔

When I first started my period when I was 13, I had my period every two months. But since my son was 2 (he is 4 now) my period came every month. Not on the same day but it came every month. But it didn’t come around this month. I’m not sure if it’s stress, weight gain, or my period pattern is changing again. I took a prego test. The first one was expired. The second one

It shows that I’m not. Not sure if I could trust this test 100%. I’m not having no symptoms. My first pregnancy I had no symptoms. Sooo idk. Going to the doctor to make sure.
