pregnant or crazy?

My period is the pink obviously. took sugar tablets from the Saturday before it started. Last tablet I took which was a sugar tablet was on the Friday when my period ended. green is when I should have ovulated ( my period is irregular when off the pill). the hearts are the nights we had sex...according to the app I would be 3 weeks pregnant today. I've been experiencing light period like cramping that occasionally gets bad for 2 days now. yesterday was mostly my left side, today my right side. is it possible to be pregnant that fast? I have also been urinating more than usual. period due next Monday 9th October
