What is everyone using for birth control while breast feeding

I can't use any as hormones make me batshit crazy lol. We just use ye good old condom. Which we totally failed at in the beginning hence now our 3 week old little girl LOL

I was using the 10year copper IUD it got zero hormones and it worked great the only thing is that you get periods heavier and cramps are more painful but you can always take advil or taylenol for the pain! 
I know there other methods of birth control but thats what I used and it was good 🙂
