Has anyone had any success getting pregnant and staying pregnant with these diets? I've been keto for four months and I've lost 50 lbs 🎉
My periods are getting better, I'm actually having them now! I got pregnant last cycle but sadly it ended in an early miscarriage/chemical 😞
This cycle I'm gonna begin charting, my period just ended so I'm gonna start charting tomorrow! We've also ordered preseed, hoping that helps!
